Target Rolled Out Additional Safety Measures Including Line Reservations!

Stores have really stepped up when it comes safety measures especially ahead of holiday shopping. Since the busiest time of year is just around the corner, Target just announced additional safety measures amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The first safety measure is contactless in-store payment. Customers can now use Wallet, the mobile payment option in the Target app, to pay for their items. Target is continuing to limit the number of customers in the store, but now you see if there's a line outside of your Target location. If there is, you can reserve a spot online and receive a text when it's your turn to go into the store. Target is also adding 1,000 more MyCheckout devices nationwide so customer can check out without having to wait in line. Lastly, Target is doubling its parking spots for Drive Up pick-up and will no longer require Drive Up customers to scan their app barcode in order to receive their items.
