#INTIMACY: My SO has a better Ess Eee Ex life than most. Now I know why.

So, I have a SO these days... and let me tell you. She works out. Way more than this story provides for... but she does.

And her - ahem - ess-ee-exx-life aka moments of intimacy - and confidence - are contagious... and are the secret to her satisfaction in some areas in life.

Contagious? Yeah, because confidence exposes a lack of confidence in others... even if they thought they were once... confident. It also shows you the secret to the edge of happiness... the root of what gives confidence and satisfaction.

It's probably - yeah - it is - better than anti-anxiety drugs from a drug store.

It's life. It's a holistic way of overcoming... and it makes so much sense.

So... want to give your ess-ee-ex life and confidence a boost?

You may want to hit the gym.

New research finds that exercise is strongly linked with better sexual satisfaction, as long as you don’t overdo it. A new study out of Italy finds women over 40 can make sex much more enjoyable and increase their chances of orgasm by exercising enough, but not too much.

So what’s the sweet spot for sweat sessions and sex? Researchers from the University of Florence focused on women in their mid-40s, asking them questions about their sex drives and workout routines and giving the women ultrasounds to measure blood flow in their lady parts - which is associated with feelings of sexual pleasure. And the study results show that women who exercise around four hours a week are most likely to be sexually satisfied and have orgasms.

Those four hours break down to working out roughly 35 to 50 minutes a day and that amount of time is strongly linked to better sex - in both performance and satisfaction. Women who exercise an hour or less per week were found to have a higher chance of sexual dysfunction, but surprisingly, working out a lot more isn’t better for bedroom activities either. The study finds women who spend six or more hours a week working out had significantly lower sexual satisfaction, had fewer orgasms overall and a lack of interest in sex.
