#HEALTH: Your bottled water... might not be so healthy!

If you think you're being healthier by choosing bottled water over a soft drink you still might be ingesting some stuff you'd rather not.

Journalism organization Orb Media tested more than 250 bottles of water from 11 brands (including Nestle Pure Life, Dasani, Evian, San Pellegrino, and Gerolsteiner) across nine countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Americas. Scientists found that 93 percent of all bottles tested contained some sort of microplastic, and that there was a global average of 10.4 plastic particles per liter.

Though there is no evidence that microplastics are harmful to human health the World Health Organization (WHO) told the BBC it will now study the impact of consuming the particles of plastic over a lifetime.
