Drinking Water

We all hear to lose weight drink a lot of water. It helps flush your system,

helps you feel fuller and has a ton of health benefits. Someone drank 4 liters

of water a day for 3 weeks and says never again. It doesn't mean that the author

didn't find the benefits...it was just VERY difficult. She did say that most
