Celeb salaries through the years

As you prepare to binge watch your favorite shows this weekend think about this…as we hear about the big bucks that today's celebs make it hasn’t always been that way. If today's celebs were working back in the 60’s paydays would have been a lot smaller. Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parson and Johnny Gaelecki are some of the highest paid on TV at 900,000 per episode. In 1961 Dick Van Dyke was earning $1500 per episode, even adjusted for inflation that’s only $12,221. SNL used to pay $750 per show which was equal to $3396 today.
