What happens when you get less than 6 hours of sleep? A recent study of 3200 employees said they get 5 hours or less of sleep a night. Fewer than 7 and performance tests show how much you aren’t able to perform. You’ll be distracted, Anxious, and take bigger risks. Those are a few of the concerns.
