If you give your kids the low-calorie options to help them keep the weight off it’s probably not helping.In a new survey of 7000 kids it showed that the low calorie drinks actually added MORE calories into the daily diet. Low calorie beverages added 15 grams of sugar and 200 calories to a diet compared to water. If you are looking to cut corners to shave some pounds obviously water is the best way to go.
