We just found out who the fattest cities are in the USA in a not so flattering list. To come up with this the research compared the 100 most populated metro areas then looked at overweight adults, obese adults, overweight teens and overweight children. Then they looked at fruit/veggie consumption, activity and outdoor lifestyle. I’m incredibly surprised that Iowa isn’t higher on the list considering the lockdown we enter in the winter and what we’ve come off of. West Des Moines made the list at 46, a city in Texas was #1.
