If you are wanting to get swimsuit ready maybe the best way is the no diet diet! There’s a new program called intuitive eating, Basically the person in the interview says that you need to address your relationship with food. Don’t feel shame about eating or what you are eating, this plan doesn’t put foods of limits and doesn’t restrict what you eat.
