Coming to Ames this morning didn’t seem to bad on the start of my trip UNTIL I made it past Polk City. I counted 2 cars in the ditch between there and Slater then thought I was going to witness a semi Jack knife as it tried to slow down to navigate the corner to head to Luther. That’s when I realized it was a bit slicker out than I thought. Be careful on the way home tonight, sub zero wind chills again this weekend and then another cycle of snow on the way.
