With the weather being less than desire-able for travel how prepared are you when you hit the road. If you have to commute what do you keep in your car for safety. I drive from Grimes to Ames and in my truck I have a bunch of camping gear. Here's my rundown: Snow pants & Coat, a bottle of water, my camping sleep mat (I have a truck with a topper), my phone charge block, and some meds to get through a night if the worst happens. A couple of flashlights and I also have some of those hand warmer things I figured I could stuff in my shoes. Oh, I have a couple of snacks too. So, what do you have?
