If you haven’t heard it looks like Iowa is looking at raising taxes. I don’t hate the cause but don’t like the pain of a sales tax that will be used to cover natural resources and outdoor recreation. It would be 3/8 of 1 cent and is expected to generate 180 MILLION a year for improved outdoors in Iowa. Apparently it has 63% support from voters.
