McDonalds has been changing up their menu for a while to keep people coming back. They have added a new sandwich that’s based off of the “SECRET” menu they have at stores. The sandwich features 2 slices of cheese, 2 sausage patties, bacon and an egg on muffins, biscuits or McGriddles cakes. No word on calories but I would bet you don’t want to know. Learn more HERE!
