Robocall crackdown coming

If you are getting cell calls from random numbers that look familiar but it turns out to be a spam call, great news. It looks like the FCC is about to start cracking down on those calls. They are pushing a proposed $37 million dollar penalty against them, in addition they have an $82 million dollar fine against a telemarketer that made 21 million spam calls to sell health insurance.
