You’ve probably heard that you need 10 thousand steps to be healthy. Is that true? Where did that number come from. Well, it comes from japan in the mid 60’s, when the Olympics were going to be in Tokyo a company designed the first wearable step-counter who’s name translated to 10,000 step meter.
