Long hot bath instead of exercise

Don’t want to exercise….this may be your ticket. Research is showing that a long hot bath may burn as many calories as a 30 minute walk. Soaking in hot water may help you burn as many as 130 calories and help reduce your sugar level. The study looked at 14 male participants who rode a bike for one hour and then took a one hour bath.
