If you have tossed a phone in the past because it’s not worth anything to you…don’t do that. Drop them off at the proper recycle centers. Japan wants their citizens to donate old phones and electronics to make medals for the 2020 Olympics. This stat was AMAZING to me, it’s estimated that 16% of the worlds gold and 22% of the silver is inside of tech in Japan.
