Millennials killed Mayonnaise

Do you use much Mayo at home? I found a great article talking about how tastes have changed and foods from the past are not as popular now because of our changing palate and access to different spices from around the world. The author says that Mayo isn’t as important or popular as it once was, saying in the past that it was used to disguise foods that were past their prime.
