Here we are, the day after the 4th of July and according to research it’s the busiest day of the year for Animal Shelters nation wide. For some people this isn’t a surprise but the fireworks can cause pets to run and that is followed by the calls from pet owners trying to find their companions. We’re lucky, even our dog that’s kind of skittish hasn’t been affected so I just figure it’s that way for everyone. A reminder that’s not the case for all pets and pet owners. Story HERE!
