Did you see the story about the kid who was the class valedictorian but didn’t get the title? Apparently the school district in North Carolina has switched from that to “THE LATIN HONORS SYSTEM” which recognizes many people, including those that barely missed obtaining the valedictorian mark. Because of this the kids dad purchased a billboard mentioning that he would always be their valedictorian. The student at a 5.31 GPA and was all-conference in 2 sports. Impressive.
