8 hours not enough

The excuse I’ve been needing for years, scientists are saying that you need MORE than 8 hours of sleep a night. The new theory is 8.5 hours a night…yay! Why do we sleep, to save energy, to help cells recover and help us process and understand the environment. If you like sleep a little TOO much here’s something you can throw at friends to justify why you need to go to bed early or sleep in late. Story is HERE!
