Get outside, it's good for you

Do you get outside and do projects, walk or sit on the deck? If the answer is “NO” or “VERY LITTLE” it could be bad for your health. A new report shows that we’re spending more and more time indoors. Some research is showing that 90% of people spend close to 22 hours inside EVERY DAY! During the workday, most of spend as little as 15 minutes outdoors.
