If you need help keeping track of your kids Verizon just announced they are revamping their parental controls. This will let you filter content, manage screen time, pause internet access and get a summary of your kids call and text history. This could be very handy. By the way, if your kids have an Iphone there is a setting you can manipulate so you can turn off apps so the phone is nothing more than a phone.
