I don’t even know how this was a thing but LL Bean used to offer Unlimited returns through their 100 percent satisfaction guarantee so even if you had something from 2008 you could return it when it wore out. Well, the company is reducing that to a 1 year limit because of abuse, people would buy the products at thrift stores or fish them from the trash and return them for new products. They are also restricting shipping prices. I have no idea what the Ken doll has to do with LL Bean but I thought it was funny. Get the story HERE!
