A group in France has launched a lawsuit against APPLE over the phone slow down. The basis of the lawsuit, it’s believed the phone slow down is planned obsolescence to boost phone sales. Here’s what’s interesting, in France there was a law put on the books that made it a crime to “Deliberately reduce the lifespan of a product to increase the rate of replacement.
