Apple has admitted that they “THROTTLE” older phones because they are worried about your battery life. It’s been a rumor for a while that Apple intentionally slows down your older devices, while denying that it’s about pushing new phone sales. They say it’s a precaution because older phones would break down sooner than they should. Apparently this jeopardizes the phone components.
