Europe just announced that employers have to notify employees if their work Email is being monitored. A man was fired 10 years ago for using his work Email to communicate with his family but the courts have ruled that he didn't have notice that he was being monitored.In all honesty, you should probably act like your Email is being monitored so.....use another service for private messages.
