Many organizations do cleanups of highways and parks to give back to communities. I know my son’s scout troop has a section of Highway 17 south of Madrid that they clean up a couple of times a year. More and more people are getting in on this with a special hashtag called “TRASHTAG CHALLENGE”. After cleaning up horrid amounts of trash they post up the pictures.
