If you are traveling for the holidays here’s something to keep in mind, Southwest is working on a new boarding procedure to be more efficient. Passengers in the California locations will board the traditional way AND by taking mobile stairs rolled up to the cabin door. You might get a better seat but some people are also pointing out you could get insured dealing with steps. Interesting concept, I’m sure it won’t be implemented in Des Moines in the middle of winter. Check out the story HERE!
