WOMEN NEED MORE SLEEP

Ladies, need an excuse to sleep more. This is the best (and legit) reason yet. You need more sleep to allow your brain to recover itself because your brain works harder than men. Even men that think a LOT probably don’t need as much sleep as women. Women’s brains are wired differently then men causing a higher need for sleep.
