The internet may get less “FUN”. In Europe right now they are looking at making changes to copyright rules, if this happens it could affect your MEME’s in the future. Basically, this would require photos you upload to be run through a filter to assure that they are not copy write protected. While the intent is good, some argue that this will stifle internet creativity. Why do I bring this up when it isn’t here….because we all know it’s MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO. If this passes there I would say chances are good we’ll see some sort of reform in the states as well. Read more HERE!
