Remember when you go on that “DO NOT CALL LIST” but it seems like your phone is constantly blowing up with automated calling, it’s not your imagination. In 2017 there were more than 18 BILLION calls, a 75 percent increase from the year before. Why do we answer the calls, because we have elderly parents or we’re expecting calls. You pick up, and it’s offering a cruise and it’s frustrating. 60 percent of all complaints to the FCC are robocalls. Top that off, an estimated 9 BILLION dollars was lost by friends and family in America to scams last year. You think it’s bad but it could be worse, Atlanta had 183 MILLION calls, Dallas 97 million, Miami had 93 and New York 88 million. Tired of the robocalls?
