I can’t believe we needed a bill for this, it’s ok in Utah now for kids to go to the store, walk to school and in general be outside without adult supervision. If you wonder why this was needed, in other states things aren’t so lax. Maryland for example, a couple tried to give their kids independence by letting the play alone 2 blocks from home and Child Protective Services picked the 10 and 6 year old up.
