DONOR

A new Dutch law makes every adult an organ donor. The new law narrowly passed and it will register every citizen aged 18 and over as a potential organ donor unless they opt out. Apparently 57 people died in the first ½ of 2016 waiting for an organ. Spain has an opt out situation and they are the world leader in organ donations. Germany is opt in and they continue to lag behind.
